Vegetable Pakora

Ingredients:
Vegetables - 2 Cups
(Green bellpepper/capsicum,cauliflower,onions,etc.)
Bengal Gram Flour - 1 Cup
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp.
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp.
Water - 1/4 Cup
Asafpetida/Hing - 1 Pinch
Salt - To Taste
Oil - As Required (To Deep Fry)

Method:

Make a thick batter with the water,bengal gram flour,red chilli powder,
cumin seeds,asafoetida/hing and salt.

Coat each vegetable piece with the above batter and deep fry them
batch by batch.

Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
