Coriander/Cilantro Chutney

Ingredients:
Fresh Coriander Leaves - 1 Bunch
Green Chillies - 1 or 2 (Small)
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp. (Roasted & Grounded)
Coriander Powder -1 tbsp.
Lemon Juice - 1 to 2 tsp.
Black Pepper Powder - 1 Pinch
Salt  - To Taste

Method:

In an hot iron cast frying pan,dry roast the cumin seeds until
they turn brown.

Let it cool and grind it into a fine powder.

Put all the ingredients into the blender and puree into a paste.

Use little water if necessary.

Coriander chutney is ready.

Serve it with idli or dosa or vada.
