Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Bread - 4 Slices
Eggs - 5
Sugar - 5 to 6 tbsp.
Pure Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp.
Milk - Few Drops
Ghee/Butter - 1 tbsp. (To Toast)
Method:
Beat the eggs nicely with a fork or whisk.
Add sugar,pure vanilla essence,drops of milk and whisk it well.
Heat a griddle with some ghee/butter.
Soak the bread (one at a time ) in the egg mixture and toast it on the hot griddle
on both sides.
Serve it hot with some fruits on the side and a cup of chocolate milk/almond milk
or soy milk.
Note : 1)Make sure the eggs are cooked completely before serving the dish.
2)Always use pasteurized eggs,milk and any diary products.
3) Always eat whole wheat/whole grain products for a healthier lifestyle.
