Saag Meat

Ingredients:
Mutton - 2 Lb
Spinach Leaves - 1 Bunch
Onions - 3 (Paste)
Ginger Paste - 11/2 tsp.
Garlic Paste - 11/2 tsp.
Tomato Puree - 2 tbsp.
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp.
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp.
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp.
Garam Masala - 2 Pinches
Salt - To Taste
Oil - 3 tbsp.


Method:

Wash the mutton nicely and chop it into medium pieces.
Set it aside.

Boil the spinach leaves and let it cool.Grind it to a fine paste.

Heat oil and add the onion paste and fry until golden brown.

Add ginger paste and garlic paste and fry for 2 to 3 mins.

Now add the mutton pieces,red chilli powder and salt and
stir it well.Let it cook for 2 mins.

Add the cumin powder,coriander/dhania powder,tomato
puree and the ground spinach.Mix it well.

Simmer the flames.Cover and cook until the mutton is tender,
stirring occassionally.

Sprinkle with garam masala.Allow it cook for another min or so.

Serve it hot with rice.
