No Bake Lemon Cheesecake

Ingredients:
Cream Cheese - 1 Packet
Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Low Fat Butter - 3 tbsp.
Digestive Biscuit - 1 Cup
Yogurt - 1 Cup
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp.
Lemon Essence - 1 tsp.
Grated Lemon Zests - 1/2 tsp. (To Garnish).

Method:

Powder the digestive biscuits using a rolling pin.

Set it aside.

In a pan add some butter and let it melt.

Then add the powdered digestive biscuit and stir it well.

Remove from the fire.

Put it in a bowl and store in the fridge for 15 to 20 mins.

In a mixier,blend the cream cheese,sugar,yogurt,lemon juice and
lemon essence into a fine paste.

Then add this paste to the butter and digestive biscuit mixture and
store in the refridgerator for 15 to 30 mins.

Lemon cheesecake is ready to be served.

Serve it with some grated lemon zests on top.


Note: 1)Cheesecake tastes good if its chilled.

          2) Digestive Biscuits are available in all the Indian Stores.
