Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 2 Cups
Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp.
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp.
Ginger Paste - 1 tsp.
Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp.
Sugar - 3 tbsp.
Ghee - 2 tbsp.
Method:
Heat 2 tbsp. of ghee over a moderate heat in a pan.
Add the cumin seeds and let it sizzle and brown.
Then add red chilli powder,ginger paste and stir
fry for a moment.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook on low flame
for about 20 to 35 minutes.
Serve it with idli or dosa.
