Ingredients:
Fresh Spinach - 1 or 2 Bunches
Paneer/Cottage Cheese - 1 Packet
Onions - 2 (Chopped)
Ginger-garlic Paste - 1 tbsp.
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp.
Garam Masala - 1 tsp.
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp.
Oil - 5 to 6 tbsp.
Salt - To Taste
Method:
Clean and wash the spinach/palak leaves nicely.
Boil the spinach in water and let it cool.
Now mash it in a blender.
Heat oil in a kadai and add ginger-garlic paste and stir
fry for a minute.
Now add the chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
Add all spices except red chilli powder and stir it well.
Let it cook for a minute or two.
Add the spinach paste and little water if needed and
cook for 4 to 5 mins.
Cut the panner into cubes and add it to the gravy and
cook until its done.
Now add the red chilli powder and cook for another
2 to 3 mins.
Serve it hot with rice or chapathi/roti.
