Ingredients:
Cauliflower - 1/4 kg (Chopped )
Cashews - 10 (Chopped)
Milk - 1 Litre/Quart
Butter - 1 tsp.
Water - 2 Cups
Sugar - 1 tsp.
Salt - To Taste
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp.(Adjust according to ur taste buds)
Cumin Seeds - 1 Pinch (Roasted & Grounded)
Coriander Leaves - Few (To Garnish)
Method:
Heat a small pan and dry roast the cumin seeds until a nice aroma
exists.Cool and grind it into a fine powder.Set it aside.
Heat another pan with 1 litre/quart of milk and 2 cups of water
and let it boil.
When its boiling,add cauliflower florets and chopped cashews and
let it cook in low flames for 15 to 20 mins.
Let it cool and blend the mixture.
Add salt,black pepper powder and sugar.Stir it well.
Boil the mixture once again.Add the butter at the boiling point.
Remove from the fire and garnish it with cumin powder and
coriander leaves.
Serve it hot.
