Ingredients:
Button Mushrooms - 1 Lb
Onion - 1 (Large - Chopped)
Tomatoes - 2 (Medium Size)
Ginger-garlic Paste - 1 tbsp.
Clove - 1
Cardamom - 1
Cinnamon Stick - 1
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp.
Water - 1 Cup
Coriander Leaves - Few (For Garnishing)
Oil - 1 tsp.
Salt - To Taste
Method:
Clean the button mushrooms with a wet kitchen towel and set it aside.
Blend the onions,tomatoes,ginger-garlic paste and whole spices (cloves,
cardamom and cinnamon sticks) into a fine paste.
Heat a tsp. of oil in a pan and add the above paste and fry for few mins.
Add red chilli powder,button mushrooms,salt and water and cover
and cook for 4 to 5 mins (always add salt at the end to avoid the
mushrooms getting soggy).
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot with rice.
