Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients:
Chicken Thighs - 6 to 8
Yogurt - 1 1/4 Cup
Lime Juice - 2 tbsp.
Onion - 1/2 (Finely Chopped)
Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp.
Garlic Cloves - 2 (Crushed)
Grated Ginger - 1 " Piece
Whole Red Chillies - 3
Garam Masala - 2 tsp.
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp.
Clove - 1
Salt - To Taste
Oil - As Required

Method:

Make slits on the skin of the chicken thighs and rub lime juice and salt
over them.Let it marinate for half-an-hour.

Grind whole red chillies,coriander powder,ginger,garlic and clove
together.

Mix the paste with garam masala and red chilli powder.

Heat a pan with some oil and saute the masala for few mins.

Then add chopped onions and fry till transculent.

Pour yogurt and stir it well.

Remove the pan from the stove.

Arrange the marinated chicken thighs in a dish and pour over the
yogurt mixture.

Refrigerate the marinated chicken thighs overnight or atleast for
4 to 6 hours.

Arrange the chicken thighs on a broiler tray and cook it in a
preheated oven @ 350 degree fahrenheit for 20 to 30 mins or
brush some oil over the chicken thighs and cook it on the stove-
top turning over till both the sides are done.Keep pouring oil and
masala over the chicken thighs in between.
