Bhatura


Ingredients:
Maida - 2 Cups
Cooking Soda - 1/2 Tsp.
Bread - 2 Slices
Yogurt - 1/2 Cup
Salt -  To Taste
Oil - For Deep Frying.

Method:

Soak 2 slices of bread in a bowl with some water for few
mins and then drain the excess water from the bread.Set it
aside.

In another bowl add maida,cooking soda,salt,yogurt and
mashed bread slices and knead into a soft dough and
cover air tight.Make sure no moisture or air is allowed
inside.

Let it rest for 2 to 3 hours.Now roll the bhaturas like
chapathi (not too thick and not too thin) and deep fry
them until golden brown.

Serve it hot with chole masala.
