Omelette

Ingredients:
Eggs - 4 to 5 (Beaten)
Milk - 1 tbsp.
Onion - 1 (Large - Finely Chopped)
Minced Green Chillies - 2 (Long)
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp.
Coriander Leaves - Few
Mint Leaves - Few
Salt - To Taste
Olive Oil - 1 tbsp.


Method:

Beat the eggs nicely.Then add a tbsp. of milk and whisk it.

Heat a pan with a tbsp. of olive oil and add the chopped onions and
enough salt and fry till the onion turns light brown.

Now add minced green chillies,red chilli powder,coriander leaves
and mint leaves and saute for another 2 to 3 mins.

Remove from the fire and add it to the beaten eggs and mix it well.

Heat a griddle with some olive oil and when its piping hot,add some of
the egg mixture and let it cook for 5 mins and flip it to the other side
and allow it cook for another 2 to 4 mins.

Serve it hot with bread toast or sandwich or rasam satham.


Note : You can also add some veggies and cheese (of your choice)
           to prepare this omelette.


Tip : Adding milk to the egg makes the omelette fluffy.
