Coconut Chutney

Ingredients:
Grated Coconut - 1 Cup
Green Chillies - 2
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp.
Pottu Kadalai - 1 tbsp.
Ginger - 1 inch (Small).
Salt

Tempering Ingredients:
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp.
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp.
Red Chillies - 2 (Split into 1/2)
Curry Leaves - Few
Oil - 1 tbsp.

Method:

In a mixie,blend grated coconut,cumin seeds,green chillies,pottukadalai,ginger,salt
and enough water into a smooth paste.

Heat a pan with a tbsp. of oil and add mustard seeds and let is splutter.

Then add cumin seeds,red chillies and curry leaves and fry for few seconds.

Add the temepered ingredients to the ground coconut paste.

Coconut chutney is ready.

Serve it with idli,dosa,vada,pongal.
