Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 3 to 4 (Medium Size)
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp.
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp.
Urad Dal - 1/2 tsp.
Curry Leaves - Few
Salt - To Taste
Oil - 2 tsbp.
Method:
Boil the tomatoes until the skin peels off.
Let it cool and remove the skin completely.
Blend the tomatoes into a fine paste.
Heat a pan with some oil and season with mustard seeds and
let it spultter.
Then add urad dal and curry leaves and fry for a minute.
Add red chilli powder and enough salt and fry for few mins.
Now add the tomato paste and little water and let it cook
until the gravy thickens.
Check for the seasoning before removing from the stove.
Serve it hot with idli and dosa.
