Garlic-Coconut Chutney



Ingredients:
Garlic Cloves - 1 Cup
Grated Coconut - 1 Cup
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp.
Salt - To Taste
Oil - As Required.

Method:

Heat a pan with some oil and roast the garlic cloves
and grated coconut until a nice aroma arises.

Let it cool for a while.Then blend it in a mixie with
red chilli powder and salt to taste.

Seasoning is not required.

Garlic-Coconut Chutney is ready to be served.

Goes  well with idli and dosa.
