Banana-Berry Smoothie



Ingredients:
Ripe Banana - 1 (Chopped)
Black Berry - 1 Pint
Blue Berry - 1 Pint
Milk - 1 Cup
Yogurt - 1 Cup
Almonds - 8
Sugar - 2 tbsp.
Whipped Cream - 1 tsp. (Optional)


Method:

Blend all the ingredients until they are frothy.Serve chilled with some whipped cream,
if desired.
